SoPRano™ GNR “build your own” assay kits

SoPRano™ kits are provided with protocols and reagents so that you can develop and run assays in your own laboratories. Various kit sizes are available, from Assay Development Kits to large volume kits for screening applications.

  • GNR-CX Kits:
    Conjugation of proteins to GNR’s via a carboxyl (amine) coupling.

Gold Nanorod Characteristics and QC

  • SoPRanoTM Carboxyl-functionalised gold nanorods in 10mM MES buffer (pH 6)
  • Length: 48.7 ± 2.5nm, Width: 15.4 ± 1.3nm
